Luxurious hotel with great facilities in an unbeatable location just next door to shops, umrah. Easy check-in, highly courteous personnel. Plus their wifi was efficient.

i enjoyed the place, it was fairly clean & the staff were cheerful. plenty of freshly made food. the hotel was close to other shopping outlets, the market and masjid al haram thanks to its lovely location.

Ambience of the hotel is quiet, staff is helpful. The superior queen room overlooked street. Management made us feel welcome. Very superior venue, just next door the downtown, a 15 minutes' walk. Truly enjoyed the food at their on-site restaurant Al Mearaj.

We enjoyed Conrad Makkah from the moment we entered. Being next to Al Rehab Restaurant was nice, we had dinner there.

Choosing for lunch Albaik, which is situated 800 feet away was a good idea. Private parking onsite was provided. Recommended base for a weekend in Mecca! The location was near everything we wanted to do;)))

Good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like Al Tazaj that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Location met expectation...
